Refund policy

Refund & Exchange Policy – Tehan Threads

As all pieces are handmade and limited edition, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We do, however, accept exchanges, provided the buyer covers the cost of return shipping. To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase
• The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item

We will provide the return address once your exchange is approved.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom Designs 
• Handmade to order pieces
